Overview

When the admin logs in to the Think Exam dashboard, they are presented with a summary of the latest activities and important announcements.

The admin can access various modules such as Dashboard, Test Manager, Question Bank, User Manager, Result Manager, Payment Manager, and Settings from the sidebar menu.
Overall, the Think Exam admin dashboard provides a user-friendly and customizable interface that allows the admin to efficiently manage all aspects of online testing and assessment.



Total Candidate


The "Total Candidate" button on the Think Exam dashboard is a feature that lets administrators see the overall count of registered candidates in the system.

It provides a quick snapshot of the total number of candidates who have registered for the online tests and assessments.
You can also add candidates from here as well quickly.

Total Question


The "Total Question" button on the Think Exam dashboard is a feature that lets administrators see how many questions are in the system. It gives a fast overview of the total number of questions created for online tests and assessments.
You can add questions from here as well, instantly.

Total Test


The "Total Test" button on the Think Exam dashboard is a feature that enables administrators to see the overall count of tests within the system.
It provides a quick snapshot of the number of tests that have been created and are available for candidates to take.

Total Product



The "Total Product" button on the Think Exam dashboard lets the administrator see the overall count of created products. 
It provides a quick snapshot of the number of products that have been created and are available for purchase by candidates or organizations.

Subscription Usage 



The “Subscription Usage” button on the Think Exam dashboard is a feature that lets administrators see the current status of their subscription plan's usage.
It provides a quick snapshot of the resources used and available under the subscribed plan.

Top-Up Usage 


The "Top-Up Usage" button on the Think Exam dashboard enables administrators to buy extra resources or credits through their account manager, extending their subscription plan.
Send E-mail 


In the "Send Email" section, you can view both the total number of emails and the remaining count. When you send a registration email, or a forgot password email to a candidate, the count will decrease, and this change will be reflected on the dashboard.
The candidates will receive an email regarding registration, forgot password or for the payments. 

Send SMS 



Sending an SMS is similar to sending an email. When a candidate receives an SMS with an OTP, the count decreases. This functionality only works when the SMS gateway is enabled on your panel.

The candidates will receive SMS that contains OTP, forget password details etc. 

Activity Log 



The “Recent Activity Logs” feature enables administrators to easily review a record of all recent actions taken on the platform. This includes details such as when a candidate registered for a test, when a test was taken, and when the candidate accessed the report.
The admin can use this feature to monitor the activity of the candidate. 

Tutorial Help 


The “Tutorial Help” feature offers video tutorials to assist administrators in easily adding questions, tests, candidates, and products.
The tutorials cover a wide range of topics, including creating tests, setting up test parameters, managing candidates, and analyzing test results. The tutorials can be accessed at any time and can be useful for admin to learn more about its features and capabilities.
