Test Manager
In the Test Manager option, you can either make a new test or change an existing one that's already on the panel. You can give instructions, set the test time, and even separate it by department if needed.

You can also specify the test's level as easy, normal, or difficult.
Steps to create test
To create a new test, kindly click on the add button, as shown in the below screenshot.
Below is the list of tests which are already been created.
Test templates :-
A template refers to the format in which the test will reflect to the candidate.
STEP -1 (create test)
Test Code:- A test code refers to a unique identifier or code assigned to a specific test or examination.

Note- If the admin receives a popup indicating an existing test code, they can modify the code.
Test category:-
The test category refers to a classification or grouping mechanism used to categorize and organize tests based on specific criteria or characteristics.

It helps admins group similar tests together, making managing and organizing them on the platform simpler.
Pool Test: -
This test allows you to pool questions. Admin can choose the necessary number of questions to be pooled, ensuring that each candidate receives a unique set of questions. The admin can choose the question that needs to be pooled by selecting the subject and topic, which will display all of the questions that are currently available in that particular subject.
Attachment test :-
When creating an attachment test in the Think Exam admin panel, the admin has the option to upload a zip file or PDF within the test. This creates a test with attached files. Candidates can then download the provided attachments and upload their answers in either a PDF or zip file format.

Note- Attachment has to be in the zip file and pdf only.
STEP- 2 ( test setting )
i. Questions and option shuffling.
This feature allows questions to be organized into different sections.
It enables the shuffling of questions within a subject, which enhances security.
It also enables the shuffling of answer options for each candidate, adding an extra layer
of security.
Additionally, it allows questions to be grouped by topics within a subject.
ii. Test options (set required fields for a candidate appearing in the test)

a. Mandatory to attempt all question
Making questions mandatory/optional to attempt
b. Allow user to move back and forward
Allow back/forward movement to switch between the previous question or the next; if this option is not selected, the candidate can only move to the next question.
c. Show marks/points for the test
Show Marks against each question for Test
d. Design multiple language test
If the test has any other language questions, this option must be enabled.
e. Show internet speed
Candidate can see the current internet speed during the exam.
f. Apply webhook
Webhook will be applied on the test when the admin wants to show the results of applicants on their website.

g. Apply Partial Marking
Enabling Partial Marking against some questions.

It is applicable to multiple response, match matrix and subjective questions only.
h. Show default calculator
Default calculator will be shown to the candidate in the exam.
i. Show scientific calculator
Scientific calculator will be shown to the candidate in the exam.
j. Watermark (enrolment number)
Enrolment number will be reflected as a watermark.
k. Show empty response alert
If a candidate does not respond to a question, a pop-up will appear.
It will only work when every student takes an exam on a mobile phone. Also, when you are conducting the attachment test.

Internet is required while downloading and uploading the test.
m. DND enable
Do not disturb, enabling it then student won't received any notification while giving the test on the mobile phone.

Enable this feature only when all students take the test on mobile phones.
n. Secure browser
Enable/disable the usage of Secure Browser
o. Time left for submit (in min)
It will show time left to submit the test.
p. Maximum question attempt
Maximum question that has to be attempt by the candidate can be selected.
q. Minimum question time (in sec)
Minimum Time per Question (enable time duration before which candidate cannot submit an answer for each question).
r. Bonus marking
Admin can also allow Bonus Marking.
s. Show Question options in Numeric
It allows, question options in numerical format.
iii. Time Settings
a. Time Bound
Time Restricted Assessment where in a candidate has to finish the test within the allocated time frame
b. Clock Format
Lock Format to show time in hours-minutes or minutes-seconds in test
c. Section Wise Time
Enable / Disable time limit to each section
d. Section Wise Instruction
Enable instructions to each section
e. Section wise sample question
Provide sample questions for each section
f. Topic- wise attempt
Allocate attempts to each section/topic
g. Question-wise time
You can choose whether each question has a time limit or not.
iv. End test settings
a. Custom message
Show custom message

In case the candidate fails the assessment

b. Message on submit test

c. Set score
Define the pass % to the candidates
d. Feedback
It shows the feedback from the candidates.
v. Generate rank
a. Generate rank
Generate rankings right after a candidate submits their test or when the admin publishes them.
b. Rank evaluation

Rank generation on the basis of test submission time
Allow duplicate rank or skip a rank after a duplicate
vi. Multiple attempts, test Resume and full screen mode
a. Multiple attempts
Enables the student to give multiple attempts.

It will not work in proctoring test. Multiple attempts cannot be given in proctoring test.
b. Test Resume
This is the number of times a candidate can resume the test.
c. Full- screen mode
Allows students to take the test only in full-screen mode for added security.
vii. Optional break
This enables candidates to take a short break, but it is available only once during the exam.
viii. Bio break
This is used to provide candidates with a bio break. Bio breaks can be either a part of the exam or some extra time.
ix. Report Setting
We can choose whether to show the report to the candidate or not. If it's turned on, the candidate can see the report right after they finish the test.
x. Candidate authentication
a. Face recognition: Enables face recognition for candidates at the start of the assessment
b. Skip authentication: Authentication will
happen only for one time.
c. Event message: If any unfair activity occurs during the test, the candidate will receive an AI event message.
xi. Whitelisted website
Here we can provide website URL's to the candidate during the exam.
STEP-3 (add questions)
Here, we can add questions in the test from different sources

We can add questions manually.
We can add questions through EXCEL.
We can add questions through Word Parser.
STEP-4 (publish test)
Here, we can mention the timing of the test, i.e., We can also select the login window of the test.

Start date and end date
Start time and end time.
STEP-5(assign test)
Here we can assign test to a group or product.

We can also create and send test e-mails to the candidates.
STEP-6(create certificate)

Here we can provide certificate to candidates.

If you have the proctoring in your exam then it allows you to configure proctoring settings

You can allow proctoring in 2 ways i.e.,
Automatic
and
Manual
Depending on your requirements, proctoring can be allowed.
Set your proctoring settings using the following format and steps.

i. Enable Suspend Option in Test
Proctor can suspend the test for the candidate
j. Enable Secondary Camera
If this feature is enabled then candidate will click picture of the place as per instructions, once candidate clicks and upload place picture , verification will be done automatically and candidate will start the secondary camera proctoring.

Candidate needs to scan the QR code to get the app link or web link to start the Test.
k. Configurable Face verification
If this feature is enabled then verification will be matched by the profile picture uploaded and if both images matches, Then candidate will be able to proceed with the test otherwise UFM of "Face Mismatch" will be generated.
l. UFM Matrix
- Face mismatch : Face is not matching with the uploaded image
.
- Multi face detected: more than one face is appearing on the screen.
- Face not present: Face is not visible in front of the camera.
- Permission revoked: Camera/mic permission is revoked.
- Object detected: Any object is detected. Like mobile phones, earphones etc.
- Screen focus lost: Candidate minimized the screen.
- Voice detect: External voice is detected.

Here, your proctoring test settings are completed.
